As we said above we will be focusing on building Ayaka as an elemental DPS, for this we will focus our efforts on increasing his cryo and overall damage as well as his rate of critical, while working even more on its critical damage. .
It's important to point out that in order to use this build to its full potential, as with all Pyro/Cryo Elemental DPS, it's vital to use Elemental Reactions.
That said, for this build, we recommend using a full Blizzard Strayer set, as it offers both a 25% increase in Cryo DMG with its 2-piece effect, as well as a huge crit rate boost with its 4 piece effect, which provides a 20% increase in critical rate against enemies affected by Cryo and an additional 20% against frozen enemies, making the set ideal for a character like Ayaka, who is capable of often apply Cryo to enemies.
- It's good to remember that it's essential to use both a Cryo DMG Plus Goblet and a CRIT Rate/DMG Circlet of Logos, while keeping in mind that in order to be effective in combat, a DPS must be at least 55% Crit Rate, and over 100% Crit Damage.

Using Barbara, Xingqiu, and Mona to freeze enemies is key for her in the current meta, so keep that in mind.
Since Ayaka's Elemental Burst costs a lot of energy, it's also good to keep a battery-focused character on your team, to speed things up. If you don't want to use reactions, using another Cryo character to increase energy recharge and trigger cryo resonance, increase your crit rate even more, can be awesome.
