Hot Wheels Unleashed has over 60 cars to collect. Enthusiasts and nostalgic people will want to get their hands on as many as possible. Some range from licensed cars like Audi, Ford, Fiat, Koenigsegg, etc. Some range from more wacky rides like bumper cars, dinosaur cars, and even things like school buses and dump trucks. There are also racing car variations like LeMans 24 hour cars and even Indy cars. It's safe to say that this game has all sorts of rides to please any player.
Of course, we all just want shiny new rides to play in what feels like an endless set of courses covering all sorts of indoor locations to create Hot Wheels tracks. Luckily, you can get one of the fastest cars in the game right from the start by following this guide.
How to get the Bad to the Blade 2022 car in Hot Wheels Unleashed
When you get to the center of the rightmost region of the City Rumble campaign, you'll come across an intersection of various events to contend with. It starts during the License Revoked Quick Race event. Once that's done, take the bottom path, completing the pedal to the metal! event and the Fearsome Rivals time attack event.
You will then see a cache which will reward you with 1 Blind Box and the Bad to the Blade vehicle. This is a rare vehicle that strongly excels in all stats except for braking power. This is perhaps one of the easiest vehicles to get at the start of the game and can carry you through the campaign. It's even one of the best looking cars on Hot Wheels Unleashed's extensive roster.
Alternatively, you can try your luck by catching one through Blind Box or if it spawns in the shop at some point in its rotations. Although the chances are low, it is a way to get it if you decide not to participate in the campaign.
The screenshot you see here is the enhanced legendary variant of this one. If you distribute 500 Gears, his Speed stat will be maxed. This will also increase braking power by 2. However, you will sacrifice two boost pools by doing this.
Hot Wheels Unleashed is available now on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series S/X, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. Stay tuned for more guides and articles regarding the game including a review. You can see more by clicking here.
