Am I eligible for a refund?
As on any platform, in order to be able to be reimbursed for purchases made on the PS Network, players must meet certain conditions. Here are the requirements for requesting a refund on PlayStation Network:
- Games and DLCs: Have made the purchase within 14 days and have not started downloading or streaming the content. If the second condition is not met, you will only be able to receive a refund if the content does not perform as it should. Example: Cyberpunk 2077.
- Subscriptions: Have made the purchase within 14 days.
- preorder: Refunds can be requested at any time before the game's release. After release, you can request a refund within the first 14 days.
How to get a refund on PlayStation Network
Unlike many other services, to request a refund on PlayStation Network, you must contact store support directly, by chatting with a support bot. Once the chat has started, simply answer routine questions, such as whether the account is yours. After that, just select the refund type you need from the displayed options to start the process. If you are eligible for a refund, you will be transferred to a live agent, who will continue the process.
