We've already talked about Feebas, the hardest Pokemon to find in Shining Diamond and Shining Pearl. This tiny prehistoric fish is incredibly hard to find – requiring 8 or more hours of grinding in a single day. But, a bunch of enterprising gamers have come up with a foolproof solution that will help you find Feebas without any guesswork. Using this method, you will be able to catch a Feebas in record time. Seriously, this cheat cuts your hunt for Feebas from 8 hours to 8 minutes.
I will walk you through all the details in the guide below. If you don't know Feebas, you're in luck - this rare ancient Pokemon is located in the basement of Mount Coronet. It will only appear in one of four specific tiles in the large water-filled map, and these tiles change every 24 hours. If you want to catch Feebas, you have to fish slowly at each tile, trying several times. Even if you fish each spot 4~ times, there is still a small chance that you will miss Feebas. And you have to do it all in the same 24 hour period, so you can't even take a break! If this all sounds awful to you, here's another community-derived solution.

How to Find Feebas with Perfect Accuracy
A group of Pokemon superfans have researched and figured out how to find Feebas with perfect accuracy. To do this, you will need to get your Loto identification number for the day, and you need to use a special website. Credit goes to creator Lincoln-LM and helpers DRayX + EzPzStreamZ.
- Travel to Jubilee City and enter the TV station building to get your Lotto ID. Write down your daily random number – or keep it up to date with your play.
- Go to this site and enter your Lotto ID Code in the “Daily lottery number:” field.
And that's all! The map under the number field will light up four tiles with green or red. Two tiles with green and two tiles with red. Go to these locations on the map and fish with a Good/Super Rod. Try it 3 ~ times. If you don't get Feebas on a green tile, try a red tile (or vice versa). If Feebas does not appear in one colored tile, it will be guaranteed to appear on the other.
To speed up fishing, you'll want to get the great cane and a lead Pokémon with No Guard / Illuminate / Arena Trap, you'll always have a catch when fishing. But it's much less important when you know which tiles to check instead of searching the whole huge map.
