Wyndon, the town far to the north, is the first place where they are available for sale. You arrive at this location after completing the gym challenge and taking a train north. After a trek through the snow, you arrive in Wyndon with a new challenge awaiting you. Before starting, you can go to the Pokémon center, at the entrance of the city.
