If the Riders Republic servers seem to be having no issues, the next thing to do is to reset game. It has been noted that the Xbox Series X/S "Quick Resume" feature may cause the message "Server Status: Offline" to appear even though the servers are functioning normally.
On Xbox Series consoles, press the guides, button (Xbox logo) to enter the home menu, highlight Cavaliers Republic, press the beginning button then select 'To leave'. This will completely close the game, whereas the console usually uses Quick Resume to instantly jump to the exact spot where you left the game.
