
Update 2.2.1.1 has arrived for Sea of Thieves, and here is the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. Since launching in 2022, Sea of Thieves has offered players what they couldn't get anywhere else; the perfect pirate experience. Being able to explore its huge open world map, hunt for treasures, fight enemy NPCs and other players; all while managing your own ship. Not too long ago, they even collaborated with Borderlands, offering players a chance to get a ship called "Mayhem" inspired by the old franchise. Replace gamertags hotkey
- The option to bind the "Toggle Replace Gamertags" key for quick use has now been disabled.
Make the event chaos
- Following community feedback, the Favor awarded for certain actions has been rebalanced since the launch of the Event.
Resolved issues
Performance and stability
- When using Alth+Tab to change focus between windows while playing on Steam, there should no longer be a long freeze when exiting and returning to the game window.
Bobards
- "Dark Brethren" - When approaching the Coral Fortress, players should now more consistently hear Captain Sparrow's voice when speaking.
- "Dark Brethren" - After discovering the mysterious meeting, players should now more consistently hear the characters' voices when speaking.
- "Lords of the Sea" - As you progress through the Tall Talle, players should now hear Sparrow more consistently when reacting to story events.
Emporium des pirates
- The images used in the Cursed Smuggler's Essential Ship Bundle now correctly display the Cursed Smuggler's Sails that will be received upon purchase.
Known issues
Ranged and melee weapon hit detection
- In areas of intense action, players may find themselves shooting or landing without causing damage to their targets. Although small improvements continue to be made during our regular updates, we continue to investigate and identify further improvements to improve the combat experience for players.
Tunnels of the Damned – Rejoindre une session
- When traveling through the Tunnels of the Damned, resuming the game after a connection loss may result in visual issues and a failure to migrate to the new area, returning players to their starting location.
