WarioWare: Gather! has more than microgames and silly modes to participate in, the game also rewards you with in-game incentives for further unlocks. These incentives come in the form of coins which will be needed to buy items so you can give them to your teammates through the break room.

Where to Farm Coins in WarioWare: Get it Together!
Complete story mode
When you complete a story mode chapter for the first time, you earn coins. Also, if you fail for the first time, there is an option to continue. Try not to select that, otherwise it will spend coins. Try the entire step again rather than picking up where you left off.
Complete Missions
Missions in WarioWare: Get it Together are like achievements or milestones that you would get in other games. Such missions will require you to reach a certain score threshold or more in a microgame genre. The more difficult missions also tend to bring you bigger payouts!
Pleasure dans a rang in Wario Cup
You will need a Nintendo Switch Online membership to do this. Participate in weekly Wario Cup matches where you can reach a certain points threshold. The higher your rank, the more coins you earn at the end of the event. Usually these events will give you pre-selected teams and certain conditions to play them.
Play endurance races
Once the story of the game is complete, you can go back and try to get scores above 15. Remember that Micro Games get faster and harder as you progress! However, the payout will become larger once your run is over.
Beat the success score of each game with the teammate selection on "With all"
Based on a tier list I created not too long ago, there are definitely characters more suited to the job. However, there is an option to play a series of microgames with the entire cast, adding more randomness and difficulty to your game. However, to incentivize you to do so, you can be rewarded with coins . When playing in Play-o-pedia, each game has a "Success Score: With All" section where if you complete this game X times using all your crew for the first time, you will be rewarded with coins. !
Master the Bonus Stages
After each ongoing story mode boss round, there will be a bonus stage. You will take control of the character you just used to complete the scene. It will be as fast as other games you just played. With the time limit, you need to collect as many coins as possible. A typical spin should get you around 80-150 coins.
